Victor finance are looking to be an employer of choice in North Lincolnshire. One of the ways they were looking to achieve this was to create an outstanding office space for their team, that’s uniquely situated in a historic bank vault. This transformation blends heritage with modern functionality, creating a workspace that is both inspiring and practical.

the challenge

Initial problem –

Victor finance are uniquely situated in an old bank in the town of Brigg. They wanted to create the most of the character out of their space. Nolan Interiors identified an exciting opportunity to create a state-of-the-art boardroom in the bank’s former safe.

Discovery and approach –

Through conversations with Barry and the team, Nolan Interiors understood the ethos of Victor Finance and the feeling they wanted to create for both of their visitors and staff members. Using this information Nolan Interiors decided on a dark and dramatic aesthetic with touches of refinement and heritage.

the solution

The end result was a boardroom that they can be proud of. A professional and high quality space where they can host clients professionally and where their team can regularly meet within. This transformation not only enhanced the office environment, it allowed Victor Finance to push the boundaries of commercial finance, that showcases their forward-thinking approach.

the execution

Project timeline –

The project was completed within approximately 4 weeks. The scope of work included replacing the flooring, full decoration as well as lighting, wooden cladding, graphics and signage and furniture installation.

Collaboration and communication –

A full design package was put together by Nolan Interiors and talked through with Barry and the team. Accompanied by regular site visits, to address any queries to maintain clear communication and ensured the project stayed on track.

Project completion –

Victor Finance’s newly transformed boardroom has been a remarkable success. By repurposing the old bank safe into a state-of-the-art meeting space, the project has seamlessly blended heritage with modern sophistication. The design creates a professional and inspiring environment for both clients and staff members.
